How that information is used
The data above is used to operate checkout, link orders to customer accounts, show order history, verify payments, deliver digital products, and investigate delivery or billing issues.
We do not describe customer data as a product for sale. The stored information is tied to operating the storefront and servicing completed orders.
Services involved in the flow
The current app uses PocketBase for account and order storage, NOWPayments for payment handling, and Telegram for direct support communication.
If you contact support through Telegram, your message history with @Kevillionaire may be used to resolve the issue you reported.
