Refund policy

Because these orders are digital and often fulfilled quickly, refund requests are reviewed against delivery status and the issue reported.

When to contact support

Contact support as soon as possible if payment completed but delivery did not arrive, if the order stayed stuck without progress, or if you were charged during a failed checkout flow.

Include the customer account email and any order details visible in your account area so the issue can be traced directly.

Delivered digital access

Orders that were successfully delivered as described are generally not refundable. This matters most for digital credentials, account upgrades, and other fulfillment that cannot be taken back after completion.

If you believe the delivered result was incomplete or materially different from the order record, support can review the case using the email-linked order history.

Failed or incomplete delivery

  • If payment succeeded but fulfillment failed, support will first attempt to correct the delivery problem.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, the case may be approved for reversal or refund review.
  • Expired or failed payment attempts that never completed are not treated as delivered orders.
