Delivery policy

Delivery expectations depend on the product type shown in the catalog. This page explains how instant-stock and manual-service orders are handled.

Instant-stock products

Instant-stock products are designed for automatic delivery right after payment. When stock is available, the order is created, payment is confirmed, and the delivery details are attached to the checkout email that placed the order.

If stock is unavailable, checkout is blocked until inventory is added again. Public product pages may still remain visible so you can review the offer before returning later.

Manual-service products

Manual-service products are started after payment and are usually completed within 1 hour. Product pages and checkout copy may show a faster or more specific estimate when the product flow supports it.

Manual fulfillment can require customer-provided details, such as the destination email for a ChatGPT upgrade. Those submitted details are stored with the order record for follow-through and support.

Order tracking and visibility

  • Orders stay attached to the checkout email used at purchase.
  • Payment updates, fulfillment progress, and final delivery details remain visible from the order page first and later from the account area.
  • If a delivery issue happens, support uses the same email-linked order record to review it.
