How order tracking works
Every completed checkout creates an order record that remains visible from the customer account area.
Where to view your orders
After signing in, the account area shows current and previous orders. Active orders remain easy to reach so you can follow payment and fulfillment without opening a support thread first.
Opening an individual order shows the product, payment status, fulfillment state, timestamps, and any final delivery details attached to that order.
Statuses you can expect
- Pending, paid, failed, expired, or refunded payment status.
- Queued, in progress, delivered, completed, or cancelled fulfillment status.
- Customer-visible delivery text when an order is fulfilled.
If a payment does not finish
Orders with failed or expired payment attempts can remain visible so you understand what happened and, when supported, retry payment from the order view.
The success and cancel screens are not the long-term source of truth. The account order record is where the final status is kept.
